Eligibility for a Refund

You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
Course bundles, special promotions, or discounted purchases may not be eligible unless stated otherwise.
Refunds are considered only for valid reasons.

How to Request a Refund

Course name
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request (optional but appreciated)
We’ll review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if:
The refund request is made after 7 days.
You have accessed or completed a substantial portion (e.g., over 20%) of the course.
